In particular, the number of strains analysed {{numberStrains}}, the number of genes coding glycoside hydrolases in the reference organism {{genusTaskInformation.genes}} and the metabolic pathways the life map of {{maps.length}} enables further taxonomic exploration.

Colour gradient/hue map representing the sequence similarity between the genes coding the strains of {{genusTaskInformation.genusName}} genus and the genes coding glycoside hydrolases in {{genusTaskInformation.referenceOrganismName}}.

Colour scheme interpretation goes from lower similarity values to highest similarity.

The heatmap can be customized, changing the colour represented of homology with the differents colour gradients with the button of the top-left side

The process of generating the pathway maps using the KEGG Mapper was automated so that the generated maps depict the enzymatic activities of interest as well as organism specificity. That is, organism-specific reactions are coloured green and, in particular, glycoside hydrolases are coloured in red.
