The same data as the one contained in the map DAO is now ready
to be inserted in MySQL.

Apart from creatint the database, now the MySQL script also
creates the required user.

The REAMDE.md has been updated to add the "verify" goal to the
"mvn exec:java" command, so that the project is compiled and
packaged before executing it.
