PileLine tools have been developed and is maintained by Daniel González-Peña, a computer scientist at SING group at the School of Computer Engineering in the University of Vigo.

Daniel's main research interests are focused on applying AI techniques, such as Machine Learning, Text-mining, Multi-Agent systems, etc. to practical problems, mainly in the field of Bioinformatics. He is also specialized in the development of translational applications, such as: GeneCBR, WhichGenes, ALTER, and the AIBench framework.

Questions and suggestions about PileLine should be sent to Daniel via email (dgpena at uvigo.es).
