Return the stories from the logged user. It may be authenticated

Parameters:

login - an string containing the user login for security purposes

page - the number of the page that's been requested

maxItems - the maximum number of items on each page

Returns:

an OK response containing a list of user's stories, or an FORBIDDEN if the user isn't logged or is trying to get another user's stories.
